About me

„Expect positive intentions“ is one of my key mottos, which has successfully accompanied me in different countries and working environments over the years.

My passion for training and consulting has continued for almost 20 years now. After working as a lecturer in Vietnam, and then several years as an educational consultant in Germany, I spent 4 years in India. There, I worked for a large company in the field of cross-cultural management support and I developed and conducted different training programs for a local training company.

As the founder and managing director of Connecting Cultures, I have been conducting cross-cultural trainings, workshops and coaching-programs for various customers and industries. In addition, I have been working as an instructor in train-the trainer programs and I regularly work as a lecturer for different universities

A hands-on approach, reliability and trust are the foundation of my work.

In that sense it's not just about conveying content, but about reflecting one's own actions. By changing perspectives and self-reflection, participants learn how to develop long-term strategies and efficient solutions that help to deal with other people and cultures.

In addition to my many years of practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the target cultures (India, Vietnam, Germany), I have completed various certified training and further education courses as an intercultural trainer and systemic business coach.

All training and consulting measures can be conducted in German and English as well as virtually or in person.
